Yes because it clogs up your pores which need to be open and free of clogations (not a real word!!!) at night.

i've read many magazines and it is actually something that causes the acne and clogs the pores through the night. i dont know if it is true, bvut i would rather wash my face to clean it than have the acne!

It depends on the person. I sleep in my make up every night and never get spots, others get spots if they sleep in their makeup
