What to do with custom text fonts?

I downloaded a text font called Kelly Anne Gothic off a website, & it's in a Winrar Archive. Like, the package thing, but I'm not sure where to put the files etc. so they show up in word & the other office programmes! Please help... Thank you

Unzip them into a folder
Go to settings/control panel/fonts
Click File/Install new font
Browse to the folder where you unzipped them
Make sure there is a tick in "Copy fonts to Fonts folder"
Click Select all
Click OK
