Drunk about 30 bottles of red wine in the last 2 weeks, now my liver hurts and my kidneys. is this a sign of any serious damage or is it just overworked?

You sound like a good recipe for pickling spices. I would guess your kidneys are overworked and damaged. Give them a rest for a month eh?
when im going to drink alot, before after and during doing so i take maximum doses of milk thistle. this is a natural replenishment and is available from tesco, sainsburys etc. maybe worth giving it a try.
Why, is it gonna stop you from doing it again? Kinda late to worry about it. But hey, get yourself to the GP, though we all know what he/she is gonna tell you.
How do you tell that your liver hurts??
Thats what I was wondering Pink

Detox now, the good news is that the liver has a really good rejuvenation rate. In a week youll be feeling right as rain. I assume you arent peeing blood or anything as you havent mentioned that. Take care of your body ( I put myself through the mill often so im not judging you there with that little comment)
