Can anybody please solve a mystery? I topped my mobile phone up on Wednesday 29th November. On Sunday, 6.00 had gone from my credit. 10 usually lasts me about 4 weeks. I rang 02 and it turned out that the call was made from my husbands mobile to his boss and he was on about 4 mins. WHY, if the call was sent from hubby's mobile, was the money taken from my phone. 02 said that my hubby's boss's number was the number that was rung and that it was for 18 mins, but why was the 6 taken from my account. 02 have no idea. WEIRD.

No angeldraws. 02 have admitted that the call was from hubbies phone but the cost was taken off my credit. His boss's number is not in my phone and I dont know the number either. I know it is weird. 02 cannot explain it.
Tell O2 you want a full refund, after all if this happened to someone else's phone unconnected with your family, it would probably be refunded straight away. If they are difficult, tell them that they have commited an act of theft by taking money from your phone for this call and say you will pursue legal action. But this is a last resort, be nice first.
Change to Tesco mobile. They use the O2 network but are much cheaper. just buy a Tesco sim card and put it in. Then tell O2 why. About time we stopped putting up with bad service.
Excellent answer from Mortar....

Why not send them a letter to this effect if you are receiving a bad service....?
