Does anyone know of any public sites where i can post my digital pictures and if there are any that have a counter to see what pictures are viewed the most?

just search on google for 'free picture hosting' or something like that and loads will surely pop up.

The most populars ones are myspace and bebo etc - these give you profiles and the facilities to chat with friends etc. If this is not what you are looking for - Yahoo has a Yahoo Photo Album facility which is purely for pics.
