How do I access yahoo mail through outlook 2003

I am trying to set up Outlook 2003 to access my Yahoo email account. I have followed the steps in the POP Access and Forwarding section of Yahoo mail but at the final step it is failing to authenticate my username and password. Could this be something to do with my PC security ?? Any advice much appreciated.

I'm not familiar with Yahoo email but are you sure they allow POP3 mail access on your type of account?
Some ISPs give you free webmail access but charge for POP3 mail access.

Just a thought.
