My girlfriend bot a PowerBook for Christmas, but being pc users we're in the dark as to what software to get for it. I'm looking for a cd burner like Nero, which will convert mp3 to cd audio and burn it. I've come across Toast but not sure if it creates Audio CDs or just mp3 cds. Any other suggestions, preferably free? Thanks!

Well iTunes will do this for you. In the preferences under the burning tab, make sure it's set to burn to to an audio CD, and then just create a playlist with the songs on you want and then click 'burn disc' when viewing the playlist.

Or you could use 'burn', which is free and takes advantage of the built-in burning tools that Mac OS X has:

Or you could buy 'Toast', which is a more inclusive but non-free app, like Nero.
