goose fat!

can anybody tell me where i can buy goose fat, do any of the big supermarket chains sell it, help please.

Sainsburys are selling it for �2.99 a tin, bit pricey but worth it for the magic roasties you'll have!

Tried the roasties with goose fat at the weekend and they were wonderful. Instead of going to the big chainstores, try your local butcher. we did and got a large jar (bigger than the one Sainsburys had) for �1.59.
