How do I install Windows XP Pro from an XP Pro upgrade disk without having anything to upgrade from?

Atm I don't have any OS installed and I have no earlier windows version to install that I can update from. However, I know it is possible.

Honestly, I am 100% sure. All the information required for a full install is on an update disk.
