Is there some way that I can strengthen weak bladder muscles?

Pelvic floor exercises.
Also, when needing the toilet you should hold it a little longer, then when you are going to the toilet, you should start, then stop for a few seconds, then carry on, then stop and apparently that will strengthen up the muscles too
Try going to some pilates and yoga classes.
