Please help me with the last two questions.

(a) Who described Wagner as 'the twilight that was mistaken for the dawn' ? (I only know Mark Twain's quote that Wagner's music is better than it sounds).

(b) Who designed the scenery for the first production of Petrushka? Could it be Braque, Cocteau or even Picasso - someone engaged by Diaghilev?

Many thanks

Many thanks Shaneystar. I'll research Nietzsche further for the quote.
