and was wondering what the actual name is of the judy garland song they play a clip of - it's the first one with the reverse title 'after all you're a woman'

i tried googling 'though you're a cad i'll love you still' and came up with nothing so i'm hoping you guys can help me out here :) anyway - here's the link:
