I don't get it. He leaves home to go to work and work is 'at home' albeit a studio. What point are they trying to make? I know that this isn't 'meaning of life' important, but I need to know.

y'know, i was wondering exactly the same thing. i'm glad i wasn't the only one. but now i get it - hadn't noticed the 'tagline', thanks Steve
You have to be sad and in need of "geting out more" to be a Radio 6 devotee.
I missed the point the first couple of times, but I'm told it's to suggest that it's the kind of music he plays at home.
Ah - and there was me thinking that perhaps it meant that Phil Jupitus was making a dog's breakfast of his show!
