Which is the best product for removing my tash!? Well, its not a tash tash, just that I've got dark hair, and recently I've noticed a few black hairs have crept above my lip! My fella assures me its not noticable, but I want it gone! I dont want to bleach it, so suggestions please for the best removal cream or wax strips and where to get them from. Thanks :)

waxing's a bit more longer lasting [weeks as opposed to days], if you can put up with the pain factor. Get it done at a proper beautician's [not all hairdresser's are that good]. For self treatment my missus swear by immac/veet cream. Don't use a razor or you'll be doing it about twice a day [shaving that is]
Tweezers - would be the most cost effective approach to take

Tweezers??? No no no IggyB - I'm not good with pain!
If you only have one or two stray hairs, have you considered electrolysis? It may not cost that much for a short treatment, and that's your problem zapped once and for all. Check it out with a few beauticians.

Woah andy! Electrolysis!!! That's a bit harsh isnt it? *sniff* I'm slowly starting to regret leaving this question... ;o)
I highly recommed threading. It's an asian method using a twisted thread. It can be painful for a first timer, but it's advantages are: you can learn to do it yourself after a few initial sessions with a beautician; you can thread even very short hairs so you don't have to wait for a complete regrowth to thread as you do with waxing; the regrowth is much finer and reduces with time as the follicles get weaker with each session.
Shaving does NOT make your hair grow faster! That old wives' tale should have been quashed long ago. On the other hand, since it only removes hair at skin level, it will be visible again faster than by most methods.
its not true that hair grows faster when you shave it???? are you sure, are you absolutely positive, I understood that your hair had a pre- programmed (genetically) length it would grow too, e.g. you couldn't grow rapunsal like hair down the side of your house, but if you cut in very short it would redouble its efforts to reach its predestined length... For example if I don't shave for a month I only have the same length of hair I had after 1 week, no matter how long I don't shave I will always look like shaggy out of scobby-doo, however if I want to be clean shaven I must shave everyday because its always growing very fast then! ... for this and more exciting IggyB shaves stories please see my published works (IggyB has a bath, IggyB - advanced tooth brushing skills and IggyB - to side part or centre part and beyond
Oops, sorry Moonhead! It just seemed like a once-and-for-all solution, but as usual, my female colleagues have provided far more insightful and less painful responses! I should keep out of threads discussions I don't understand.
