bad habits

i have a really bad habit off chewing my pillow in bed .what bad habit do u have or had that u would like 2 stop or did stop . no nose picking please yuck lol

Erm...ive got a really annoying habit of eating everything in a particular way, if im eating it on its own.individually....hard to explain how severe it is...but my mum, bruv and boyfriend always point it out to me...!!

i change pillow case every day .lol but wish i could stop doing it .any ideas?

I can be very distracted by windows and watching people go by, not all the time but can often find myself unintentionally drawn to the window rather than who i'm with or drift off into space and daydream.

I'm not a nosy person though, do it on public transport too so not the most talkative person to be sat on a bus next to ha ha!
