When you keep revising items on Ebay, do you pay a charge each time you do that, or just a one-off charge, please?

there should be no charhe unless you have done something whic would alter fees i.e adding more pics, adding gallery, raising starting price, adding buy it now

I just lower the starting price. Thank you for your advice.
sometimes on the email you recieve to say that your item hasnt sold, there is a button that says relist your item and underneath it says 'and if you sell well refund your insertion charge' or something along those lines anyway.
