Not as expensive as I thought, but then i guess it IS expensive to train you at the gym... I guess that the personal trainers that come bashing on your dorr at 6am would be in the hundrends... hahahahaha..
All they do is chaparone you around the gym showing you how to use the machines and weights properly. If you are a member of a gym, i would recommend you speaking to someone on the 'fitness team' who can help you in achieving your goals, whether its weight loss or improving general fitness, they can design a programme that is designed to help you. It is a case of getting motivated on your own, but if you can, go with a friend or partner, or set your self a goal. Say by a certain time period i want to fit in my new jeans! It is easier said than done, i enjoy the gym but don't go as often as i should! Good Luck! x
Mine is 30 quid an hour but I get 2 free sessions with him a month anyway. Plus if Im in there he always comes and sees me.. I have never paid extra than my membership to see him.
