Hi Sunflower

Pop down to TESCO and for 7.50 you can but a CD for your PC that will give you a Theory and Hazard Perception test.

Its almost exactly like the real tests and it might prove helpful, if only to give you some idea of what the test is like.

I got my kids to take the tests, they all only just failed the theory but since the eldest is only 14 I thought they did well. The 14 year old would have passed the Hazard Perception.

Don't get yourself wound up too much, it's not as bad as you think.

Good Luck

Instead of wasting money at tesco get it free here.......

Toureman

That gives you only 2 free theory tests and NO Hazard Perception tests - after the 2 free ones its a pay for service.

The disc is much much better value and well worth the money for anyone who is worried about these tests.

I agree, you should get some CDs to practice, I got some from morrisons and they were quite helpful, a lot of the questions however are common sense, so as long as you remain calm you should hopefully be ok.

The hazard perception is harder, because its something that gets easier the more driving experience you have, so id say try and take some lessons before you do it and remember that as long a you dont get silly with it you can pretty much click as many times as you like, so for example if you see a pedestrain on the side of the road you can click just incase!!
