on a large thin pancake - sugar and lemon juice

It's carnival day here. In fact it's Sta Eulalia ( where I live) week. Music are fiestas everywhere.

As for pancake day I shan't bother but  love a lemon and sugar pancake!

I don't have them either,  but if I did it would be lemon and a touch of sugar on an English pancake. Or a stack of fat American pancakes with butter on each one, maple syrup and a few breakfast sausages on the side.

I'd be lucky if I ate one!

I prefer the thin English ones with lemon and sugar but I do like American ones with maple syrup and butter, in a stack with a few rashers of bacon on top. Yum 😋

Theirs no bad pancakes, just some are better than others.

I find that a blob of cream or ice cream is a good addition too

Just noticed your GMEB thread Chipchopper - didn't realise one was on the go when I posted Pancake Day one - anyway two for the price of one can't be bad😊  I like lemon and caster sugar on mine.
