I've taken my antibiotic tablet less than two hours after eating - so  not on an empty stomach .

Will that have a significant impact /effect on its effectiveness ?

Depends which antibiotic it is.

Depends on how much you ate.

The timings of taking antibiotics (relative to the times of eating food) generally have more to do with avoiding nausea (and/or of developing antibiotic resistance) than they do to the effectiveness of those antibiotics.

Taking a single tablet at what is nominally the incorrect time isn't going to make any great difference to the effectiveness of the course as a whole.
