another day another dime

a rare down morning for me, not helped by sainsbury's informing me that they don't have most of the food I ordered for a dinner party which means I know have to trawl round the shops!

I can't decide what to wear either with my black wide legged trouser

I do not as big as they were but they are still substantial!!

The weight loss has been a weight gain as I get bored and stressed and reach for slider foods.

But i know what to do to recitify it and its not horrendous so just need to get back into it again.

Its hard being on a restricted diet for your entire life

a big wweight gain?

do "things" stretch after a while?

A couple of stone. Yes the stomach stretch again.

but if I eat proper food my portions are still very small, it's crisp bread toast biscuits that are the problem

I have no idea what they are - are they like those awful Ryvita?

I think Bednobs at 11.18 wins the internet today.

Anyway, Bet Lynch reporting for duty.  I have an absolutely stunning evening dress in leopard print.  It's a full length sheath dress with a chiffon overlay (the chiffon is leopard printed) and a small kick train. And a fur wrap to go with it.  Shame I have not worn it for about 15 years!  If I go out in the evening now it's to find the cats, check on falling trees or to deal with the neighbours' animals.

I bet it would drown you now

What's the point offering party food if most of it's missing. An own goal by Sainsbury's I feel.

I hope you fare better at M&S.

Good luck.

I am sure you look stunning and classy barmaid xx

sorry Barry there should be comers in between that list of food

Oh!

I've also confused you with Barmaid.  I'll go and have a nap

Shame Sainsbury's didn't supply substitutes...then they give you the difference in the form of a voucher.

The mention of Callander and the Trossachs brought back memories of my late in-laws. They lived not far from that part of the world...a very pretty part.
