Be Nice

Let’s all be nice to each other,

And when we can share a smile.

It’s not hard to be kind,

We’re only here a short while.

Sometimes you need to be quiet,

Even if you have a lot to say.

Think before you speak,

It is always best that way.

No one is perfect,

We know this to be true.

Never try to be someone else,

Just always be you.

Never lend money,

And money never borrow,

And be beware of that friend today,

Who may be an enemy tomorrow.

Just live in the moment,

And never do forget,

Tomorrow is a new day,

With no mistakes in it yet.

The door to someone’s heart,

One day we all find that key.

And if we are really lucky,

They come with a lifetime guarantee.

Be with the people you love,

And from them never stray.

And try and find the good,

In each and every day.

Enjoy the simple things,

That make life worth while.

And no matter where you go,

Don’t forget to smile.
