Abbey,maybe you don't like doctors - but do you like feeling miserable every few months? Maybe a GP could offer you some much-needed help and support. Another option would be to start 2024 with grit and determination - set yourself the target of getting a decent job and try to persuade yourself to stop mulling over things that happened in the past. If you had a fuller life, you could have a better life!
