I dont buy into the Universe as an uncaused event. Whereas in life would you accept an uncaused event as a satisfactory answer? So i think that God created it. Thats doesnt automatically lead to Christianity but I dont see anything in the Bible to contradict it.

Was there an eternity of nothing before the start of the Universe? What was different in the quantum moment in time which led to the start  of the Universe?

fiveleaves; Your god seems to be an uncaused event. If there is an uncaused event, then why call it god? And if you do call it god, then what justification is there for attributing love to it?

Atheist, I see God as a unique case. Nobody created Him, He has always existed. The first act of God's love which we can see is the creation of the Universe
