For love nor money can't keep remembering my PIN number for ATM - I need to go back to my old PIN number.  Can I ask if I can change this PIN number on my online account.  Thanks

When you get a PIN, you can change it straight away to anything you like...at an ATM.

You can change your PIN at any of our UK cash machines or a LINK cash machine by following the steps below.

Insert your card

Enter your PIN.

Choose ‘PIN Services’ or ‘Other Service’.

Choose ‘PIN Change’.

Enter your new 4-digit PIN.

You must know your original PIN to change a PIN.

You will need to contact Customer Service and explain the situation. They will send a new PIN out to you by post which you can than change at any Santander ATM.

If you have forgotten your PIN you can view it in the Santander mobile app or on line banking.
