White Balsamic Vinegar?

On Professional Masterchef tonight,they used White Balsamic Vinegar.I like the dark Basamic,has anyone any experience of the White version?

Apologies,all my posts tonight seem to be about food.

It is making me feel quite hungry! LOL

Never had it will look out for some as I suspect it will be sharper than the dark and less sweet, maybe more like a conventional wine vinegar.

i have some here. It's less viscous
