Itv X- How Can I Get It ?

For months now I have been trying and trying to get Itvx but no luck. When I click on it I sometimes hear the beginning if it but then it goes off. I have it on my Firestick - I have deleted it time and time again and redownloaded it but still no use. Any ideas please ?
