Believed to help lower blood sugars, as mentioned by a doctor. Is it best to take the vinegar and water or buy the capsules ? Anyone tested ?

My husband tried the liquid - ended up with chronic acid reflux. Stopped for a while and tried the capsules instead and had the acid reflux again. GP told him to stay off of them as do more harm than good. Better to alter your diet to lower blood sugars.

Absolutely, mix it with water, then rinse your mouth afterwards. There are lots of benefits of drink Apple cider vinegar, but it is very acidic. Just as a side note, don't brush your teeth within a half hour of drinking coffee either, as that is also detrimental to the tooth enamel (apparently - wish i'd known that 20 years ago!)

Absolutely Buenchico, I read that study also - although there was also evidence that just eating a small piece of protein (i.e the cheese) had a good effect lowering blood sugar in the morning on its own. I think ACV has numerous benefits - God knows my Mum had told me for 30 + years! (Only just putting it into practice!)
