Can you take 1mg of B12 and 5 mg of Folic Acid a day?? I buy the B12 myself but my Doctor has prescribed the Folic Acid and I forgot to say I was taking the B12. Needless to say I cannot get to ask the Doctor and the next telephone appointment is for 2 weeks time. Any one have a medical background that can help?? Thanks
