Originally posted today on Technology which doesn't seem to attract much attention so trying on Chatterbank

I have just discovered some of my volume has been lost on my Iphone SE 2020 . I can get ring tone and alerts OK. I have googled and checked mute button volume controls etc etc. The problem is any youtube clips on AB are not audible on my phone. Could anyone assist please?

Can you hear YouTube clips accessed directly from the YouTube app?
