So it seems as though my son father has lied about my whereabouts to show/prove that he has our son more.He told the courts he doesnt know where I live. when I speak to my son everyday & I mail letter 3xs a month, with my address on it!

His back pay with child support from years agp has caught up with him, He called me threating me, blaming me on why his LL's was suspened, & to why his benifits was off, He then cut off contact with my son.

I even called the child support for him to see how i can help, and when i did is when i found out the he was trying to take me for child support. He painted a whole diffrent story to look like the struggling parent.

that is a completly false.
But because we are in two diffrent states, I dont think the courts have caught up with everything just yet.

Does the judge/ courts ever realy see who is the truthful one vs the lair?

many cases i have one because i am very truthful however, with me being in a diffrent state i feel as though my battle is 10xs harder.

can he get away with this?

As this is a UK site, I think there won't be a huge number of people with knowledge of the workings of the US legal system. Many people will have experience of what happens, what is likely to happen, in the UK, but perhaps not in the US (and maybe that even varies from state to state?).
As Neveracrossword indicates, the laws and legal processes here in the UK are vastly different to those in the USA. I suggest trying a US-based website, such as Quora:
https://www.quora.com/

There are also several websites dedicated to helping single parents in the USA, where you might be able to make contact with others who're in a similar situation to you (or who have been in the past).
Good grief, what a week!
