Nausea After And Sometime Between Workout.

I joined gym 5 days ago. but everyday i get nausea after coming home. but today i feel nausea in between my workout. i got cold on Sunday so i don't go to gym on Monday and Tuesday. i am skinny guy and my trainer also take it easy on me. i don't know why i am feeling nausea. I wake up at 6: 30 - 40 am and head to gym at 7: 5-10 am. i don't eat anything before my workout. should i eat something like fruits before going to gym?

and also i have not been physically active for 3 year straight. no sport but still i used to walk to digest my food.
Yes, eat some carbs for energy such as porridge before you go and eat a banana after you've exercised.
How much gym work do you do Baz?

i talked to my trainer anout this and he said that i will feel nausea for few day but slowely it will go away. does this happen with every one who are new to gym?
It happened to me but eating breakfast stopped it. Also it helps to have only sips of water during exercise, not guzzle it down.
Sounds like low blood sugar. A banana before you work out and sipping on an energy drink may help. I’m no gym bunny but get nauseous around 11 ish if I skip breakfast
