are you talking about your job, or your private pursuits? If the former, your boss and workmates will be able to tell you (and probably will even if you don't ask); but at home, you're free to do no more than you want.

I disagree, hard work, by definition, is difficult. Especially if one is lazy.

Have you tried hypnosis and hypnotic suggestions ?
