And me though I thought the email was a scam at first but then I saw it reported in the papers!
And me:-))). Can't remember this ever happening before.
It's probably because their interest rates haven't been as good as elsewhere lately

For those who qualify though, the payout is £100, irrespective of the amounts held in relevant accounts.

For those with these accounts prior to this year,

"FlexAccount, FlexBasic or FlexDirect: In two of the three months of January, February and March 2023, you must have received at least £500 into the account (excluding transfers in from other Nationwide accounts). Plus, you must have made at least two payments out of the account each month, in two of those three months."
i had 700 when halifax did it lb. i think it was in the early 90s
