Any chance that 'troll' could be included alongside proper swearing on here?

The misuse is getting beyond a joke.

Star it out says I.

Me too.
**** *** old grumpy one!

Hmmmmm…….which one of us, Wolfie. :-)
I gave up trying to make sense of AB's filtering system a long time ago!

For example, it's perfectly OK to mention Amazon, eBay and many other 'marketplace' sites on here but, when I typed the name of a popular Chinese marketplace site yesterday, it was replaced by "Ad which shall not be named"!

I'm also mystified as to why Douglas should want to block discussion of Nordic folklore ;-)

Perhaps Douglas wanders over many bridges, Chris?
He is a highland coo, not a Billy goat gruff....

But we do get a few who lurk under their rank little bridges, come out only to cause trouble then go away again. However the majority are like decaf coffee, with skimmed milk and artificial sweetener, mostly harmless and totally pointless.
"antisocial, quarrelsome and slow-witted creatures which make life difficult for travelers" pretty much sums up a few ABers.
The AB index is even worse
I thought I would look at the last 20 troll entries.

2009 was a good year

only about 5 showing from this year

this one, lankeela, and Editor threads
others in the top 20 were all over the place, 2009, 2014, 2015

I would star out 'gorm' to be honest - you have no idea how many posts there are which arent even worth reading the first time round. The mods chairs have straps fitted to them you know, in case in a fit of mod-madness, one screams, no no I cant take it anymore ( and tries to defenestrate)
people who use the term willy nilly are usually snowflakes ohh noo ive been trolled you smelly troll
A troll? Now this is a troll ...

Ah that explains it. Shall not be named eh ? Seems ok, after all one doesn't need to be helping the CCP and their economy to control it's citizens. The sooner it falls (and leaves the Taiwanese alone, not to mention others, like the Uyghurs, and Falun Gong) the better.

As for "troll", it is a perfectly valid description and makes no sense to star out.
