Nose Bleeds

I get a lot and can't see the point of pinching my nose, the blood just runs down my throat causing me to cough it up or be sick.
Any suggestions for dealing with them better?

barry I wasn't aware that nasal preparations containing Ephedrine were discontinued in the UK.

Never mind, ask the pharmacist id there is a nasal spray preparation containing either Pseudoephedrine or Xylometazoline....spray not drops.

You can use a spray with Naseptin.

Doubt it, OC, I eat very well with a lot of different fruit, veg, meat and fish. I eat enough fat to absorb it

Sqad, I have been ringing around the pharmacies looking for the ephedrine and discovered it is no longer made.
Can you recommend an alternative?
