She danced naked in public view, he was prosecuted for bashing the bishop.

Poor old guy, getting a bit of excitement in his later days, and the powers-that-be decide to prosecute him.

Advice4Moll, as I said earlier it is not illegal to be naked in public unless somebody complains to the police that they have been alarmed or distressed by seeing him/her naked.

People have been found guilty because their intention was simply sunbathing, not to cause alarm or distress.

The Scottish authorities are not so understanding! Should you appear naked at your own trial hearing and you'll be convicted of contempt of court. Just ask Stephen Gough!!
"If you were raising a family and your neighbour danced naked in full sight of all that passed their house would you be happy?"

it would not bother me at all

she can't have been doing it that publicly if he had to stand with his nose pressed against the glass to get a bonk-on
Stephen Gough has his own agenda and had no legitimate reason to attend court naked.
He walked the length of Great Britain naked without being prosecuted although he has been several times since.
\Stephen Gough has his own agenda\

Found this On Wiki:

"Gough challenged U.K. laws on public nudity in the European Court of Human Rights, claiming that such laws violated his right to privacy and free expression. On 28 October 2014, the Court ruled that European laws protecting privacy and freedom of expression did not protect Gough's naked rambling."

To my mind there is nothing wrong with the art of gymnosophy, but does it need to be practised in public places??
He should have just gone home and knocked one out there. There is quite a difference between flogging your log in public and dancing nude. If she had been ticking the bean to tantalise him then maybe some room for prosecution.

Of course this 'lady' undoubtedly knew what she was doing but unless a complaint is made not much can be done. However it is likely she will be receiving many visitors now - just gawping which is also not illegal so I would advise her to pop down the range and buy some curtains.
