bought a laptop at currys on line for collection got the email to print the order out now the email has vanished if i cannot collect do i lose the money thanku

If you've used Curry's 'Reserve and Collect' service, you shouldn't have paid anything yet anyway.

Quote: "If you choose our Reserve and Collect service you will be given a reference number and details of your order. You will not be asked to pay until you collect the goods from your chosen store."

Even if you have paid, the problem should easily be sorted out by phoning Currys on 0344 561 0000.

Before doing so though, are you sure that you've checked the 'Trash' folder in your email, to see if you deleted the message by mistake? (If you've got a smartphone, it might also be worth checking the text messages there too. Some firms send out order confirmations by both text and email).
