Hello T O G. I treated myself to a James Martin knife in a good hardware store. So pleased I did, it slices through a swede with no bother. :)
Thanks gingejbee, good to know.
I have a small Zwilling cooks knife, it's blooming lethal and hasn't failed in about 10 years, they are cheaper than sabatier, and a bit hard to track down just use a steel on it every couple of weeks.down
I have used quite a few stitch plasters though as I am quite clumsy.
