M&S sheepskin lined moccasins.
This is something that I purchased a friend before/for Christmas - Amazon.com User Recommendation
If you've got pets, watch out though, you may find that they crowd around your feets, stealing the heat from the heated slipper!
Real Sheepskin is good wherever you buy it, you could try good quality thermal ski socks too. BIL, has real cold feet problems and swears by them expect to pay £8-10 per pair minimum. The cheaper ones from markets or online go thin quickly and stop working.

But smurfchops, before laying out any money, when you are watching TV, try removing your footwear & wrapping a small woollen blanket around & under your feet, lower legs & knees.
Guarantee your tootsies will be glowing in s few minutes.

If you find anything that works please let me know as I sit with a heated blanket on the sofa as that is the only thing that works for me.
I think it was Ernest Hemingway who in the winter sat writing in wellingtons. :0)
Mr M had chilbains and was recommended a foot warming balm by the podiatrist. Its really warming and works a treat applied once in the evening and again on a cold morning.

There are various brands have a look round and make sure it says for warming.

Have a look at the Uniqlo Heattech range. My wife uses their leggings and swears by them, we both have gloves and T-shirts from tha range and find them very good worn under a top or shirt. The only downside is that some of their range can't be tumble dried.
Oops ... forgot to add that they do have socks in the range as well from around £13 for two pairs.
I clicked on DIZMO's link and it's available.
In the short term until you find the perfect solution, a mate of mine who was in the army swore by wearing a pair of ladies nylons under long johns and his army gear cos a tank at night is cold (that was his story at least). You could try putting on a pair of footsies or knee highs, then a pair of thin cotton socks, then a pair of thick woolly socks.
Dad used to do that when in the Falklands.

Two pairs of thinner socks rather than one thick pair works for me too.
As TCL has mentioned, it's available. I've checked Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales, and it's available in each (also available in Spain, France, Switzerland and Denmark). It isn't available in Germany, though.
