Football seems to be developing a conscience regarding the corruption in Qatar.

Since the location of the World Cup in China,Russia, and now Qatar, were entirely rooted in rank corruption, isn't it a bit late for everyone to suddenly grow a sense of moral outrage now?

Yes, I'd say it's a bit late to develop a conscience now. Soccer has been as bent as nine bob note forever. Driven by mammon.
Most organisations whose initial letter is F are bent.

The only surprise is that people are surprised.

That said, for 10 million I'd be content to look the other way.
