The horse will have a pet 'stable' name, Emmie. They usually do.
They shouldn't air dirty linen in public!..
I believe there was a horse called Kinmental.
I recall Julian Wilson chatting on Grandstand about the difficulties in commentating on a particular horse that had 2 names.

He had to take a short breath between the names, similar to saying Edward - Woodward, but this became very difficult in the final furlongs. The horse was called Shy Talk. Funny the things I can recall from decades ago...

Also Shy Talk, Hoof Hearted, Noble Locks, Mary Hinge & quite a few others.
i had a friend in the RAF who owned a sports car. He had the name Shy tot written on the bonnet and whenever we rode into Stratford upon Avon, the daytrippers, especially the Americans , would call out it's name and then get all embarrassed when the realised what they had said.
