I usually like the John Lewis ones, not so much this year but I do like the dog and trampoline one from a few years ago:

Aldi's made me laugh "Marrowdona" just tickled me.

I watch very little telly, so I've not yet seen any of this year's ads. However the Co-op one from two years ago was definitely one of the best ever, in my opinion:
