Why are the stop oil crowd only causing havoc on the M25. That is sooo Home Counties, why don’t they also target the North like the M60 around Manchester?

the M25 is divinely purposed for traffic jams. A few protesters on it and the wastelands beyond it are cut off from civilisation.
