I find this extremely frustrating. I do my best to explain the problem in a succinct way, use punctuation and paragraphs to make it easier to read yet nine times out of ten the reply/solution does not apply to my complaint/problem at all.

I question my ability to get my point across. Does anyone else experience this?

Barry in all honesty, all kinds of any Customer Service is a thing of the past now, a lot of companies have outsourced their handlers to places like India etc, it doesn’t matter that they speak very good English , a lot of conversations and emails get lost in translation now
Yes...its either a bot or someone in a call center overseas that picks out keywords and looks for nearest FAQ

I have enough trouble understanding the Scottish staff my on-line bank uses.
Probably deliberate. That's what I tell myself when I get a similar experience from a websearch.
Reporting a problem on line is a no no for me. Twice, when I was utterly convinced I had answered every question correctly, they refused to send !! I now prefer to hang on to the phone for anything up to an hour - well, I don't really, but hey it's the way things have to be done today, unfortunately ...

No, not on AB, pasta. I usually get sensible answers here, I can ignore the occasional one that uses a form of English that is incomprehensible to me

I typed at least five time - under the Data act I want CCTV of the scene where a young girl swore at me - white prack I think is oK for AB

first to get to know it really happened and it wasnt me

she was a 20ish British Afrocaribbean on Bham station and said as an opener: "There is no need to be a white prack, you could have asked me if you could sit down". I was stunned and said after a gap - I am 71 1/2 so it took around 5 s to sink in.

and she repeated it - wivvart looking up from her phone, tap tap tap

and no one (people standing within 2m) turned around and looked at her! - Banjo Bag and Girlie in Pink.

"I am deaf, can you sign that?" CCTV geddit?

" Oh you're a telepath!"
Hanger on behind her, face only " what's a telepaff den?"
and we sort of continued....

and..... what was happening. The lack of response of the witnesses made me think it was the beginning of a shakedown. BJ and P were in on it.
