Finding Sky Arts On The Tele

Our small (fairly new) tele shows Sky Arts on Channel 11.The older TV shows Pick on !!. Been through all the channels - no sign of it. How can I find Sky Arts?
I know people have got better things to do on a Saturday night but help at some point would be appreciated

Have you re-tuned your TV this week? There were some channel changes so it's worth doing.

I've got Sky arts on 11 and Pick on 36. Think your older TV needs an automatic retune for channels. Look on settings. The channels have changed numbers but if you haven't done a refund they will still be on the old numbers. Hope that helps.

Sky arts should be on channel 11. You need to retune your older tv, and Pick should then show up on channel 36. Freeview quite frequently changes what channels are where and you then need to retune.

It's 140 on my TV. Just scroll through the on-screen guide

As has been said already, retuning is all that you should need to do.

However some TVs offer a choice between 'add channels' or 'replace channels'. If that applies in your case, you need to go for the 'replace channels' option.

Similarly, if there's any other choice offered between simply updating the list of channels or starting completely afresh, it's the latter choice that you need to go with.

Then you're not watching Freeview, Barry!

Sky Arts HD uses channel 140 on Virgin Media but not elsewhere. (Sky Arts HD isn't available on any Freeview channel).
