I’m sure it been mentioned afore but should it be made a crime in the workplace or at least a dismissal offence .Yes it would be difficult to prove in some cases but new legislations should be introduced to help with practice .

Legislation? How would it be policed?
I think dependent on the severity, it would be a sackable offence.

If the person being bullied had an avenue to start investigations at least it would show some help was available . Maybe notes taken or witnesses to back up claims .

It not in my charge to make the rules but I know the effect of it .
It’s already illegal. It comes under the Equality Act.
Harassment is unlawful under the 2010 Equality Act but it doesn't mention bullying.
The government website does. Harassment is bullying.
