Makes you wonder how they can spaff £120 million on that but one opinion says they dropped the energy advice idea that Rees-Mogg signed off on because £15 million was a waste?

Trams are brilliant and very well used by locals and tourists alike. Always use them when visiting Edinburgh.
Webbo's answer was a legitimate response.

It's quite clear your original post was to rubbish the wastefulness of the Govt on the Festival of Brexit, or whatever it was called (I'd never heard of it), so Webbo legitimately drew a comparison with the wastefulness (and in this case, incompetence) of the Scottish Govt to show all Govts are crap at spending other peoples money.

That seems reasonable to me.
And then there's the £12m it cost for the enquiry into why it cost so much.
