Trump companies have filed for bankruptcy 6 times. Mostly for defaulting on their bank loans. If he was routinely over estimating his ability to pay back the loans, then it is no surprise.
A lot of creditors lost lots of money due to Trump’s bankruptcies, they will be watching this lawsuit keenly.
