Yes, once they are booked they surely cannot, change the date
i can't see why they would be cancelled unless they are in the capital or Windsor and near to where the procession is passing.
Down under a public holiday has been declared, so, I wouldn't expect any paying activity to occur.
But I could be not quite correct!!
Cancelling funerals would be very disrespectful to the deceased. I don’t think they will do that.

I have heard of a couple of funerals which were scheduled for today being postponed until tomorrow and Thursday. Up to individual companies, but many closed out of respect, and crematorium staff being off on a bank holiday.

Very, very wrong to cancel in my opinion.
